Glowing Smooth Skin
Waxing is not only removing hair but it is a form of exfoliation, that removes dead skin. The consequences? Smooth DELICIOUS skin.
Slower Growing Hair
Your hair is being removed by the root, therefore it will take much longer to grow back. NO MORE stumbles and hair growing back the next day as you get with shaving and hair removal creams.
THINNER AND FINER HAIR
After waxing your hair grows back weaker, thinner and more sparse.
MINIMAL IRRITATION
Many forms of hair removal are irritating to the skin. However, waxing rarely causes this problem.
BENEFITS OF WAXING
Be Consistent
After your first wax, every session gets easier and less painful. To keep your skin soft smooth and growth manageable its recommended to book your appointment every 3 - 4 weeks.

As well as throwing out the razors! If you shave in between, the next wax will feel just like your first one and you will get the effects of shaving. (razor burn. OUCH!)

Info:
Your first wax removes the majority of hair that has grown above the skin. Hair grows in different cycles and stages, your future waxes will remove the hairs that were still growing under the skin’s surface but have now grown above the skin. Let that hair grow so it can be waxed in your next session.

FYI- Arriving high or drunk will not ease any pain you may fear. It just kills your high, so please don't arrive under the influence of them.

SKINCARE?
The recommendation is to exfoliate about 3x a week, consistency is crucial. We carry serums that should be used on the regular to prevent ingrown hairs, bumps, as well as calm and nourish the skin. It's important to keep the skin hydrated.
SEX?
The recommendation is to wait 24 to 48 hours after your wax to give your skin time to heal and allow hair follicles to close. it will be helpful in preventing any further skin irritation.
TANNING?
The recommendation is to wait for 24 - 48 hours after a wax before tanning. Freshly waxed skin is susceptible to sun damage if exposed too soon. If you need to go in the sun, thoroughly apply sunscreen to the waxed area and reapply every 2 hours ( or as directed as per product).
Exercise?
The recommendation is to wait for 24 - 48 hours after your wax service. The pores are open and we don't want them to get clogged or to overheat the skin. If you still choose to, take a shower right away.
AFTER CARE

Redness is normal and will disappear over time. You can be red from a few minutes to a few days depending on your skin.
INGROWN HAIRS AFTER WAXING
To prevent ingrown hairs or further skin irritation, it's recommended that you exfoliate at least 3 times a week and partner that action with the use of a serum. We offer different products that should be used on a regular basis to prevent ingrown hairs. Some of the products that we carry offer lightening if that is a concern you have as well. With anything you want to see results in, consistency is key!
STUBBLE AFTER WAXING
Your first wax removes most of the hair that has grown above the skin. Hairs grow in different cycles, your next 2-3 waxes will remove the hairs that were still growing under the skin’s but have now grown above the skin. Moisturizing daily between services is a must! Dehydration can cause hair to break during your service. Let that hair grow so it can be removed in your next session.
BUMPS AFTER WAXING
You may experience tiny bumps as a result of post wax irritation and they will go away on their own within a few hours to a few days, depending on your skin. To help calm your skin, we have Serums available for purchase to help soothe the skin.
